[vorbis-dev] rehuff [source attached] - almost working

Odd, I had no problems with alloca(); we must be linking against
different runtime libs. Not important, overall.

Seeking in a huff'd stream works for me in WinAmp; vorbis decoder
1.2 (non-beta). Tag latest version @ http://www.blorp.com/~peter/
and navigate to the WinAmp2 crap, the 'critical updates' package is
updated every few days and will give you the latest of many plugins,
including Peter's (official) Nullsoft decoder.
