Yep, that's made ogginfo happy.  Unfortunately, I seem to have discovered
another failure mode:

    $ ./rehuff test.ogg testx.ogg
    1 channels, 22050Hz samplerate, block sizes 256 and 512

    35 books
    (deleted for brevity)

    1 times
    time 0: type 0

    2 floors
    floor 0: type 1, 2 partitions, classes are 0 1, 2 classes
    floor 1: type 1, 6 partitions, classes are 0 1 1 2 3 3, 4 classes

    2 residues
    residue 0: type 1, $
                       ^ (command prompt)

There's no SEGV or coredump, rehuff just gives up.  This appears to happen
with any one-channel input stream.
