It's fair of course for you to rebut my statement, but my belief here
basically stands. I'm not going to elaborate on- or off-list. As for
the purely technical state of the code, I also stand by that
assessment.

The market already has been. You'll see our terms very soon; last
night, Emmett said 'Wednesday', so I think that press release will be
out tomorrow.
