If I understand Segher correctly, he says "normal" for
the "anonymous" tags, those that are not recognized in
any special way and are right now prefixed with "Comment: ".
I think we all agree you can at least remove that!

Then, there are "special" comments, that are special in
the sense that ogg123 knows about them and formats them
specifically. You probably don't want to alter the way
they are displayed (though I for one wouldn't mind if
they were considered as "normal").
