Well, PERFORMER is not special-cased, but the rest are.  So, by "normal" 
you meant the tags are not special-cased?  I was most interested in 
removing the "Comment: " string that was prefixes these tags.  At the 
same time, I wanted conform with the existing output.  I don't think 
I'll completely change the output format.  I'm not the ogg123 
maintainer, or anything.
