What do you mean by "normal"?

If an ogg has tags such as this:

PERFORMER=Monty and the Xiphs
ALBUM=Oggified
TRACKNUMBER=01
TITLE=Get Down With the Vorbis
COPYRIGHT=2002, xiph.org

ogg123 would show (or close anyway, I don't have the code in front of me):

Comment: PERFORMER=Monty and the Xiphs
Album: Oggified
Track number: 01
Title: Get Down With the Vorbis
Copyright 2002, xiph.org
