[vorbis-dev] Header sizes

Hey, I noticed that the size of the third header, the code header is
dependant upon how many channels are in the sample.  I was wondering if
perhaps (with the bitrate locked at 128kbps) it would be possible to remove
this, so I could use a standard header for a sample with 1 channel, and the
same header for a sample with 5 channels?   Chris Nuernberger (Anark.com).
