[vorbis-dev] Problems trying to run the examples in windows v orbis sdk

All right; I was able to successfully build and run oggdrop using the standalone
vorbisenc.dll. The solution is to copy the pointer tables in vorbis/lib/registry.c to
a file-mapped shared memory segment. I need to verify that the changes don't
break the build for Linux, then I can check in the changes.
