[vorbis-dev] Current CVS Version

I also tried the CVS version today, and it produced a 106kb/s file when
I used -b 320. rc2 gave a 237kb/s file, which didn't sound quite perfect
(better than a 256kb/s mp3, but less good than a 320), and I hoped that
the CVS version wouldn't underestimate so much. Is there some way I can
force it to use more bits?
