[vorbis-dev] Yet another backtrace

Aha! I think I've found something.

In lib/vorbisfile.c:_process_packet(), vf->vi is cleared therefore
vf->vi->codec_setup is wiped, but it isn't restored before the call to
_make_decode_ready().
