First, enableOggMacro.js depends on that the user has disabled the tip of 
the day and certain menu keyboard shortcuts are in the default setting 
(they are reconfigurable). This will go OK most of the time but it is worth 
mentioning in the readme.

Second, all .dsp and .dsw files need to have their LF linebreaks converted 
to CR/LF linbreaks. I can make another small C app doing this automatically 
if you like?

After that, everything goes OK, but run_tests.bat prints something like 
"data position after seek doesn't match pcm position", is this supposed to 
be like that?
