[vorbis-dev] ogg123 branch merger aborted

[volsung at asu.edu]

After jack pointed out a buffering shortcoming in the branch code, I started
looking more closely at it and realize there were some major problem with the
code layout.  As a result, I've decided to continue rearranging the guts of it
and postpone the merger until later.
