[vorbis-dev] Ogg framework @ /Library/Frameworks

cd to the ogg directory and type:

 > tar -zxvf macosx.tgz
 > cd macosx
 > sudo ./install.sh

Doing so will install the "Ogg.framework" folder inside 
/Library/Frameworks/

Rillian, can you apply the changes to the CVS server?
