[vorbis-dev] wav output to stdout status?

While piping a WAV RIFF file isn't possible, it should be managable to pipe
the raw audio prepended by a WAVEFORMATEX header. A wav file is simply
that header and the raw data put into a RIFF structure.

Just an idea.
