[vorbis-dev] application/ogg mediatype Internet Draft

The application/ogg RFC-to-be Internet Draft has been posted in IETFs
draft database. Also both application/ogg and audio/vorbis MIME types
have been mailed to IANA for registration in the IETF MIMEtype tree. Now
the bureaucracy starts working :-)

I am still working on the Internet Draft for audio/vorbis.
