[vorbis-dev] Whining about the raw driver.

Perhaps we ought to draw up the maintainer (aka "whose problem is it?") list
Monty mentioned earlier, so we know whose in charge of what (and has CVS write
access).  Does it go like this?

ogg/ - Monty
vorbis/ - Monty
ao/ - Jack
vorbis-tools/ogg123 - Kenneth
vorbis-tools/oggenc - Michael

What else am I forgetting?
