[vorbis-dev] Irix plugin for libao

[volsung at asu.edu]

Scott Snyder sent me a patch to the dormant Irix plugin.  This patch fixes the
plugin, and enables it to be build on Irix systems.

Apply the attached patch to the ao/ tree and copy the attached Makefile.am
into ao/src/plugins/irix.  Then re-run autogen.sh and make.
