[vorbis-dev] DSP implementation of Vorbis?

Hello 
     I would like to get ideas from anyone who has tried implenting vorbis
(decoder) on DSP. I have a TI TMS 'C3x DSK, and would like to try cross
compiling the C code to C3x DSK using the GNU c4x-tools.
