[vorbis-dev] I need a Information for Ogg Vorbis.

JOrbis source looked like it was a direct translation from C to Java. I
think it's based on a version sometime around the end of Beta 2. I guess it
depends on if you are more comfortable with C or Java and how up to date you
want to be. :-)
