It is not a programming error, the call to ov_time_seek fails, for whatever 
reason.

That is not where the divide by zero occurs; that's got nothing to do with 
it actually,
because the error is reported correctly and handled, it was my fault to 
call a function
after a fatal error had occurred.

I have only tested this with my Delphi program. I have tried to compile 
vorbisfile_example.c
with MSVC++ to test it with it, but I can't seem to get the compiler 
settings right, does
somebody have a .dsp file for that?
