I don't think it is a particular .ogg file (at least, in my case). You have 
tested
it, so I think it must be something like a linking issue after all; I'll 
continue
to look for what I did wrong.

BTW, the .dsp files for MSVC++ have UNIX-style line-breaks, shouldn't those 
be Win32
style? MSVC++ doesn't recognize those. They're easy enough to convert, but 
just a thought.
