[vorbis-dev] Perl bindings

Hi:

hmmm. I know there's python bindings, but I'm certain there were at least
perl bindings once.  I remember seeing them there with teh python bindings.

What my friend wants to do is determin the characteristics of a given
vorbis file (i.e. bitrate, sampling rate, number of channels, etc).  Any
ideas on doing this?
