[vorbis-dev] Perl bindings

Depending on what you're looking to do, you may just want to make system
calls to the vorbis-tools files (ogg123, oggenc, etc).

I'm looking for the vorbis perl bindings.  Did they not used to be on
vorbis.com in the download area?  Anyway, they seem not to be now.  Anyone
know where they are?
