[vorbis-dev] oggenc doesn't work?!?

It certainly claims to be able to display UTF-8, but the UTF-8 stuff I've
tried creating and throwing at it hasn't been displayed correctly. Then
again, I'm not entirely certain that I have xmms 1.2.5, I think I have a
cvs version from about a week before that. Maybe I should upgrade and check.
