Being at Inf's, oggenc displays an Inf for the speed ratio (track length /
encode time) when the measured encode time is 0 (too small).  That happens
for me on very short (<1 sec) files on windows.  Does it also compute that
Inf (this might be dangerous) or does it have a check (than displaying
"N/A" might be more appropriate)?
