[vorbis-dev] FAQ updated to new bitrates?

Everyone misunderstood.
I wasn't complaining... just a freindly reminder that FAQ wasn't up to date
for Beta 4...

I'm using those Vorbis OCX controls (http://www.deiong.com/ActiveX/) which
are based on Beta 4 ... and they have a whole bunch of supported bitrates
which aren't listed on the FAQ. Since the Vorbis OCX controls do not have
any documentation; I'm not sure what the proper bitrates are.

Further, I wouldn't mind helping... except since I'm dealing with those OCX
controls... I do not have visiblity into the Vorbis source code.
