[vorbis-dev] A few small patches

In what sense? vorbiscomment, ogginfo, and oggenc are all command-line apps.
Just run from a dos window. (Note that they are _not_ DOS apps; you do need
to be running windows to run these apps). Check out the vorbis (not
vorbis-dev) archives for a pointer to a set of pre-built binaries if you
just want to use these tools. (The .zip file also includes vcut; vcut did
not require any patches to build on win32. Note that I didn't actually
_test_ vcut. Let me know if you find any bugs.)

If you want to use these patch files on your own source tree, you've got a
few options:

1) wait for someone with check in access to apply these patches to CVS.
2) find a *nix system with a copy of patch on it; do the patching there and
then transfer the files back to your system.
3) grab a copy of the patch program ("patch") from your favourite GNU
mirror. www.gnu.org has a list of mirrors. "patch" is generally only
distributed as source, but if you're building vorbis, you can build patch.
