[vorbis-dev] vorbis-tools build problems

Building vorbis-tools out of today's CVS (Jan 30) on Linux/i386 has a few
problems.

1) Building oggenc:

gcc -DPACKAGE=\"vorbis-tools\" -DVERSION=\"1.0prebeta4\"  -I. -I.      -pipe
 -O2 -m486 -fno-strength-reduce -c platform.c
platform.c:55: warning: garbage at end of `#ifdef' argument

2) Building ogg123:

gcc -DPACKAGE=\"vorbis-tools\" -DVERSION=\"1.0prebeta4\"  -I. -I.      -pipe
 -O2 -m486 -fno-strength-reduce -c buffer.c
buffer.c: In function `writer_main':
buffer.c:57: warning: assignment discards qualifiers from pointer target
type
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `getopt.c', needed by `getopt.o'.  Stop.
