Yes. They're unmodified, so you don't have to make changes available,
since there aren't any.

You must still provide a way for the user to replace the libvorbis being
used (this can be accomplished by: providing source. Using dynamic
libraries. Using static libraries, but also providing object files for
the executable, so that the entire thing can be relinked with a
different libvorbis).

Basically, if you're using dynamic libraries, without modification,
you're in the clear.
