[vorbis-dev] Systemwide default for ogg123

Hi:

IMHO, any system-wide default should be for AO, not ogg123.  I realise that
(AFAIC) nothing else uses AO yet, but we'd be stupid to think that this
situation will continue indefinitely.  As already mentioned, compiling in a
default only works for people who compile from sources, not good for
packages.  Don't exactly know how you'd implement it (perhaps a file in
/etc as suggested), but I think it's a good idea.
