[vorbis-dev] Implementing Vorbis in hardware

What hardware spec does (realtime) vorbis decoding actually require?  I've
still not really had a chance to study the decoder or specs - but what is it
that an ARM core can specifically do that is absolutely necessary for vorbis
decoding, that the motorola DSP family cannot? Or is it a case of porting
effort vs. cost of processor?
