[vorbis-dev] Implementing Vorbis in hardware

I believe for Vorbis to truly co-exist or replace mp3 the algorithms must
also exist in hardware so handheld devices can play ogg files. Since
handheld mp3 players are so popular, people will continue to encode their
music in mp3 format.
