[vorbis-dev] Video compression, edge detection, and gcc warnings

Aargh, /me is stupid. I can just cast it ofcourse. I do all rounding by
adding 0.5f and then using floor(), to avoid any problems with rounding
modes and cross-platform support.

I'm going to bed, perhaps that my brain does work tomorrow.
