I suspect disk is the bigger issue here, unless you have one of those
pay-by-the-GB plans. I imagine this would be mostly of use to developers,
not casual testers, so having it under a visual aegis is more important.
And as you say, mirrors/colo are a good idea.

As I've said many times, I'm happy to take this on. Just don't expect
perpetually snappy service.
