[vorbis-dev] cool edit 2000 read filter

that makes no sense, if i write a piece of code and give it away and it
requires windows to compile and  run it, does that too mean that the
end user has no right to use it or distribute it ? Someone must have
redefined the concept of free while i wasn't looking.

I mean free in the sense as if someone wants to download my source
and rewrite it for another audio library, or add writing capabilities
or whatever they can, however that doesn't mean they don't have to follow
the rules of any other software package they use in the process of doing so.
