[vorbis-dev] fprintfs

[Firelight Multimedia]

Xiph.org's source download directory contains beta4 not rc2, and the
vorbis.com win32 zipfiles do not have any source in them, just libs and
dlls.  I had to go to the unix section to find the source.  I think both
areas should probably be updated.
