[vorbis-dev] Will Vorbis happily decode packets with random data?

Well, I give up. I figured out I needed to change psy_passA0
and psy_set_AG as well but that's about it.

Now instead of breaking in all kinds of interestig ways
it just segfaults instead. Bah. At least beta4 just sounded
horrible :)

I'm at loss as to why it segfaults too. Vakor suspects it
may be unitialized memory.

Any other stuff I will break with switching the blocksize?
