To fill in the rest, the poster was on irc and reported problems with 
rc2 oggenc on win32 when a '-' character or more than one format marker 
was passed via -n.

There was also a feature request for oggdrop--that it be able to autotag 
the vorbis files it creates based on parsing the filename. e.g. 
[tracknum]-artist-title.wav. and s/_/ /.
