[vorbis-dev] who has .m scripts?

AHAA. Gee I just documented the existence of TRAIN_LSP in the code and
following my advice forgot about it.  I added it to the makefiles, and
I now have more than two columns of data.

lsp0coeff_0.vqd and lsp0coeff_1.vqd are now here for the small and large
windows. I guess the lsp0ent_{0,1}.vqd files would be useful for a second
stage of quantization [later].

Happily back to fiddling,
