[vorbis-dev] Is branch_postbeta2 supposed to build ??

I also had similar problems.  You can get around it to some
degree, but include files are not in their final places, etc.
I'm waiting for the file reorganization to continue too.

After you get ogg/ done, things like ao/ are still very much
borken.
