[vorbis-dev] Distribution Fixes

Unless it's a recent change causing the trouble (perhaps it is), I had
no trouble compiling examples.  I bitch only when I have trouble as
the build system, the vorbis-tools, vorbis-plugins and ao modules are
now entirely off my plate.
