There is... It's stored in the user comment section, which is infinitely
extensible (well, within reasonable limits).  It might be irritating to
change them about in the xmms plugin, and no code has been written yet
for that purpose.  You're welcome to try... Just look at the source code
of the encoder (oggenc for example will write title, artist, and album
tags) for how to write them in.
