Aside from being totally inadequate, you also neglect to take into account any
aspect of how the Ogg stream is formatted.

Well, gee that only works for Windows... no, actually it doesn't work for
Windows either. What happens with a stream using an overlay slideshow, a
Tarkin video stream and three Vorbis audio tracks?
.mng.tarkin.vorbis.vorbis.vorbis?
