[vorbis-dev] vorbis beta 3 tagged

beta3 has been tagged.  debians are being uploaded as we speak, and rpms
will be on vorbis.com shortly.

all modules have been tagged 'release_1_0_beta_3'.

in the meantime you can get official beta3 release packages at 
http://www.vorbis.com/~jack/ before they go live on the normal
vorbis.com pages.
