[vorbis-dev] libvorbis compile failure

Yeah, I can do that.  No biggee.  But, like, workarounds are a total drag
dude.

And as of this morning I have to delete the bogus ltconfig that was
committed because it crashes when autogen.sh is run.

Major total bummer.
