[vorbis-dev] debian files out of date

Hi all,

The debian build directory in vorbis seems to be way out of date. Will this be 
removed or updated before the upcoming b3 release? I see no point in keeping 
the out of date files in this release.

Also, README file makes mention of a debian directory in the ogg module. This 
does not exist. Will it be added to libogg?
