Ali,

Please change it for now. It won't really matter until non-audio Ogg
files are popular, and hopefully the Ogg developers will have a
solution for file type detection by then.

Since all current Ogg files are audio-only, it might make sense to
have the type be audio/x-ogg for now and add application/x-ogg and
video/x-ogg later when there are actually multiple types and a
detection mechanism, but that's not the way the Ogg guys want to do it
and we may as well go with what they suggest for the time being.
