If you're seeing, as it seems, the same problem as I am, then the decoder
example (which isn't available in binary form, as far as I know) will say
"Corrupt secondary header".
Looking a little further with a hex editor shows that at least one point in
the secondary headers (specifically, the codebooks - which are, I think,
the same for all those files) a newline has been converted into a
newline/carriage return, exactly as converting a file into DOS-style line
endings would do. It's DEFINATELY a problem with things being in ascii mode.
Grab them with something that doesn't do strange manipulations like this,
and all should be well.
