Actually, the only ones that don't appear in the comment header list right now 
are the ISRC, UPC and catalogue.  There's no reason not to mention them in the 
in the comment doc as required by the RIAA (and they do fall into the 
'appropriate for comment header' category in my book).

Not including the above, the comment doc is in CVS under vorbis/docs/
