[vorbis-dev] More gcc 2.95.2 wierdness

I just pulled a fresh copy from anon. cvs, and relinked my dll against the 
recompiled library, and am seeing the same results.  As a sanity check, I've 
still got a copy of about week-old source lying about, and it produces good 
output with -O20.
